Reception Signs – Welcome Sign, Guest Book, Wishing Well, Photo Booth, Instagram signs/cards

Sometimes you will need one-off wedding reception signs for display at the wedding. Lots of brides and grooms like to have a Welcome sign in the same style as the rest of their stationery. Prices start from $15 for just paper (if you have a frame), but if you need the sign to be mounted onto sturdy board, so it can stand up by itself, the average price for A2 size is $89; for A1 size it’s $142. These prices include stock, design, printing and mounting onto 3mm PVC, which is very sturdy and durable.

Most Welcome signs are digitally printed, but if you require some gold (or rose gold or silver) foiling of some of the words, YES, we can organise that for you! Please contact us for a quote, as the cost depends on the area to be covered as well as the overall size of the sign and what it’s printed on – but as a guide, the average additional cost for foiling is around $45-60.

You might also need a wedding reception sign to put next to your wishing well or guest book, or you may need one for a lolly bar or photo booth, a bar menu or signature drinks – or a sign to let people know you’re happy for them to post their photos on social media with your signature hashtag. We’ve even done signs for “dancing shoes” (a basket of flat shoes for the girls to wear). All are possible, any size if simply printed onto cards. Prices depend on size, what they’re printed on and complexity of design. We can also provide frames and easels in various sizes if you want to just collect and go.

Acrylic wedding reception signs are also available and these can be hired as well as purchased! An acrylic Guest Book or Wishing Well sign (approximately A5 size) is $34 with the timber base, and you would get $10 back if you want to return it after the event – as long as it’s not damaged, of course!
