Welcome Signs, Guest Book Signs, Wishing Well Signs

Welcome signs are prominent at the ceremony and/or at the reception. Often the venue provides an easel and sometimes a frame. If there is a frame with a glass front, you only need the sign to be printed on paper (this costs $30 for A2 size, or $50 for A1 size).

However, if there is only an easel or an open frame for hanging, the Welcome sign needs to be on a sturdy board, so it can stand up by itself. The average price for A2 size is $89; for A1 size it’s $142. These prices include stock, design, printing and mounting onto 3mm PVC, which is very sturdy and durable.

Most Welcome signs are digitally printed, but if you require some gold (or rose gold or silver) foiling of some of the words, YES, we can organise that for you! Please contact us for a quote, as the cost depends on the area to be covered as well as the overall size of the sign and what it’s printed on – but as a guide, the average additional cost for foiling is around $45.

You might also need a sign to put next to your wishing well or guest book, or you may need one for a lolly bar or photo booth, a bar menu or signature drinks – or a sign to let people know you’re happy for them to post their photos on social media with your signature hashtag. We’ve even done signs for “dancing shoes” (a basket of flat shoes for the girls to wear). All are possible, any size if simply printed onto cards. Prices depend on size, what they’re printed on and complexity of design. We can also provide frames and easels in various sizes if you want to just collect and go. The frames and easels can be hired (full upfront price paid on collection, refund if returned undamaged within 3 weeks of the wedding).

Acrylic signs are also available and these can be hired as well as purchased! An acrylic Guest Book or Wishing Well sign (approximately A5 size) is $30 with the timber base, and you would get $12 back if you want to return it after the event – as long as it’s not damaged, of course!
